My work is offered under a Creative Commons License but this absolutely does not mean giving up my copyright. but  it actually means offering some of my rights to any member of the public but only on certain conditions.
I let you copy, distribute, display, and perform verbatim copies of my copyrighted work (not derivative works) if you simply follow these few conditions:


a) Please clearly indicates my authorship and/or the link to my website. I'd be glad if you  might send me a message telling about where you are copying, distributing, displaying or performing my iimages.

b) You can use my stuff  ony for non-commercial purposes .

c) For commercial purposes or to receive high resolution prints please send me an e-mail and I'll gladly discuss with you every detail.

Photography is a very time consuming and expensive endeavor so If I find that my license is being violated, I may have grounds to sue under copyright infringement.
